About This Property
Welcome to this fabulous updated 4 bedroom home at PGA West. Stunning soaring ceilings, tons of natural light, and a literal front-row seat to the Nicklaus Private golf course. The kitchen is a total showstopper--it's been updated and features Viking appliances, granite countertops, double islands (yes, two!), so there's plenty of room for morning coffee while you relax and enjoy the bonus family room where everyone can gather. Every single one of the 5 bathrooms has been remodeled, so you don't have to lift a finger. The best part? The primary suite is a total retreat. The ensuite is all marble with a huge steam shower--it's basically like having a private spa day every morning. Custom knotty alder doors and trim, crown moulding, brand new A/C unit, new washer and dryer, Culligan water softener system and BBQ are more added features. Don't miss the virtual tour. Just mere steps to the many community pools. Unbeatable views of the fairway. This isn't just a house; it's a lifestyle. Come see it before someone else does!
